- Customer Service.
- Process sales orders and shipping labels.
- Ensure returns are handled in a timely manner.
- Submit routing request and ASN.
- Assist in picking/packing/relabeling.
- Inventory check and update.
- Track inbound shipments.
- Perform other duties as assigned

3+ year working experience
Good oral/written communication skills
Computer skills including MS Excel, word, and PowerPoint.
