Overall Job Description: The successful candidate must poses a minimum Class C driver’s license. This employee will be responsible for lubricants, warehouse, and plant operation duties out of the Kennewick plant. You must be self-motivated and able to complete tasks with little supervision. The ideal person for this role is energetic, eager to help, and hungry to learn and grow.

• Organize, maintain, and clean warehouse
• Ensure vehicles are clean and well maintained at all times
• Knowledge of products and services offered
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to input information into computer systems
• Ability to safely drive and operate multiple types of Non-DOT regulated vehicles and equipment
• Be able to regularly lift 50lbs or more
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks; stretch, turn, twist, and reach overhead; bend, crouch, squat, kneel, and stoop for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors when required of the job
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

COMPENSATION:

Salary Range: $17.00 to $23.00 dependent on experience (No CDL required)

Days Off – Employees will accrue 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked, one personal day on the 1st of January each year and six paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Other – Employees may be eligible for an annual bonus.
