Job Description:

Work as a small team of warehouse personnel to accomplish accurate load and unloads. Complete required paperwork and JDE review or DSI entries as required. Safely move trailers with yard tractor. Accurately perform inventory, build and scan pallets, follow SOP’s and SQF guidelines. Safely move pallets of raw product and finished product with lift trucks.

Major Job Duties:
1) Complete required tasks accurately.
2) Set up warehouse and packaging floor for production.
3) Accurately perform inventory.
4) Follow and perform all duties under the written HACCP, GMP, and SQF guideline for food safety.
5) Safely load and unload trailers using lift truck.
6) Accurately complete orders and associated records.
7) Perform JDE functions using a handheld scanner for material transfer & receiving, pallet build, shipping and user in JDE computer system.
8) Ability to observe production and shipping information, receiving and inventory tasks and make accurate corrections or changes in the JDE computer system.
9) Housekeeping - keep warehouse clean and in orderly manner.
10) Perform stacking duties as needed for breaks.
11) Follow company rules and policies.
12) Other duties as needed assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate with others through written and verbal communication to maintain safety and quality. Experience in a warehouse setting a plus. Ability to work as a team to complete required tasks. Safely drive tracker trailer and fork trucks. Must have accurate basic math skills and basic computer skills.

Essential Job Functions:
1) Work safely in a fast pace setting.
2) Correctly count.
3) Lift up to 50lbs.
4) Read and comprehend to accurately complete required paperwork.
5) Safely drive lift trucks in small or tight work areas. (inside trailers)
6) Lift /Push/Pull with a force weight of 40 lbs.
7) Dependable attendance.
8) Must be able to manage time wisely to accomplish required tasks.
9) Must have valid driver’s license.
10) Must be able to operate yard tractor and safely move trailers in and out of docks.
12) Able to learn and accurately perform DSI & JDE functions associated with production and warehouse duties.
13) Work 40 hours a week, 5 days a week and OT during the week and Saturdays if needed.
14) Ability to stand, walk or sit as needed to perform the required tasks.
15) Ability to reach above shoulders.

FULL TIME BENEFITS:

Typically Monday - Friday plus overtime as needed. Plus additional .25c per hour for shift starting after 1:00pm. Plus, .20c per hour "on-time bonus" if on time all week.

Weekly pay, OT after 8 hours per day, PTO, Medical, Dental, HSA, Vision, Life, Pension plus 401k with company matching.
