The Warehouse Team Member processes and fulfills orders, accepts incoming shipments, and contributes to the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and the accuracy of its inventory. Warehouse Team Members will play a role to varying degrees in the assembly of Production builds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, which include the following:

Processing Orders

  • Use software system/pick ticket to pull items to fulfill customer’s order.
  • Properly pack items for shipment or stage for Production assembly.
  • Assemble units according to the Build of Material (BOM).
  • Ensure order accuracy with a thorough paperwork and product review prior to each order shipment.

Logistics and Inventory Management

  • Identify shipping method and follow required procedures to ensure product is quality checked, packed and labeled appropriately.
  • Receive incoming products/off-load truck deliveries.
  • Notify management to resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged products.
  • Transport materials throughout the warehouse using hand truck, forklift, or other equipment.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts.

Additional Duties as Assigned

  • Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance duties.
  • Restock and rotate product.
  • Adhere to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting unsafe conditions.
  • Other duties as needed per branch location

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the team
  • Ability to lift, lower and slide 50-70 pounds
  • Ability to use small hand tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • PC literate with keyboard skills
  • Must pass a background check

Education and Experience

  • 1+ years of Warehouse, Shipping and Safety experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of a Warehouse Management System preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
