GXO is on the hunt for a Warehouse Team Leader for our M&S site in Milton Keynes and that could be you! As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be assisting the operational shift leadership in leading and managing the shift and helping your team meet targets and exceed expectations.

The role is on a permanent, full-time basis, you will be working 22:00 to 06:00 on any 5 from 7 shift pattern.

We’re looking to offer an hourly rate of £15.90 per hour, inclusive of night shift allowance.

In addition, we offer 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  Brief your team of all relevant information to ensure that accuracy in team briefs
• Support the team manager in providing solutions to team issues
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team on shift, escalating any issues as and when appropriate
• Monitor productivity throughout the shift and maintain company standards

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• 
  Experience in a similar team leader role
• Strong understanding and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and KPI management
• Flexible approach to work – this role is shift-based across a 24/7 operation
