Mygrant Glass is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with the following qualifications;
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct a team in daily workflow.
- Count and control high-value inventory.
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service by monitoring, scheduling, and consistently maintaining arrival and departure deliveries to all of our valued customers.
- Accurately schedule employees for their work shifts.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills.
- A keen eye for detail and safety.
- Experience with inventory control.
- Computer experience with Microsoft products.
- Proven track record of a minimum of four years in supervision of at least fifteen employees including hiring and training.
- Must be very flexible with shift start times as well as days worked, including weekends and holidays.
- Advanced ability to manage and reconcile inventory, including cycle counts, vendor claims, and shipping/receiving.
- Experience with fleet maintenance.
Physical Requirements Include:
- Walking, stooping, lifting up to 75 pounds, and standing for extended periods of time.
