Neill Corporation's Distribution Center is seeking a Processing Associate to join our team in our Warehouse, in Hammond, LA. We are looking for a team member who will ensure

quality
service, check each order, correct invoicing, ensure proper packing, as well as other duties daily.

Responsibilities:
·
Invoices and manifests each box.

·
Uses Manual Record Creation for an order with a challenge.

·
Places the appropriate paperwork in each tote (i.e. invoice, tote content sheet, etc.)

·
Cleans work area.

·
Loads the UPS trailer.

·
Applies each label for each order according to UPS standards.

·
Sorts the boxes in the correct shipping area.

·
Participates in Physical Inventory Counts.

·

Pick, Pack, and Ship HairBrained orders

·

Pick and Pack VoMor orders

·

Manufacture VoMor products Kits

·

Pick, Pack, Pull Cos and Esthi orders

General Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

General Requirements Continued:

Ability to write simple correspondence.

·
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

·
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

·
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

·
This position requires knowledge of the White System, order entry (Neill 4), Netleaf, and the intranet site.
