A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PARTS CENTER SPECIALIST

As a Warehouse Parts Center Specialist your role is invaluable to ensuring our field teams are able to meet customer demand and complete jobs on time. Manage & execute work order requests for equipment, material & parts needed for Residential Install Jobs, Service & Warranty Calls. Requires thorough management of work orders in part needed status, processing tech requests for parts, executing purchase orders, supplier follow up, warranty parts, claim processing & daily follow.

You also safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment. As a team player, you partner with warehouse, supply center, and field workers to get the job done right. You enjoy being on the move and ensuring that construction projects are completed on time!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WAREHOUSE PART CENTER SPECIALIST

• 
  Work closely with Techs, Warehouse teams & Suppliers.
• Manage/coordinate delivery & pickup schedule for drivers
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Manage residential HVAC & plumbing parts.
• Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills required to manage inventory)
• participate in special assignments to support efficient warehouse operations
• Able to read and write English fluently
