About the role
POSITION SUMMARY: Assists Operators with day-to-day operations by loading and unloading tanker trailers / box trailers, filling drums and totes. Fill out proper documentation and forms that goes with each shipment or tank movement. Prepare nutrients for automated nutrient batch tanks.
Key responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Monitors the levels of all tanks. Knows the vinegar flow in and out of tanks.
- Monitors filtration units.
- Monitors nutrient levels in tanks, mixes batches as needed and adds them to tanks.
- Load and unload tankers as necessary.
Qualifications and skills
- Ability to work alone
- Ability to make timely decisions based on work production needs.
- Ability to monitor vinegar tanks to ensure production of vinegar.
- Ability to give complete attention to detailed work.
- Ability to complete forklift operation training to complete tasks.
- Ability to use a ladder or work from heights as needed.
- Ability to work off-shift and weekends as necessary.
