We are recruiting for a talented Warehouse Manager to join our FESL (Fairs Events & Special Logistics) team in Basildon. You will be accountable for managing all warehouse related activities including carrying out all daily physical operations. A Forklift Lift and Reach licence will be required for this role.

Shifts: Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm with additional hours and weekends required during peak times/projects

What will you be doing?

  • Stock counts and stock management updated daily and accurately
  • Receiving goods in / out of the warehouse
  • Assisting with sourcing transport and labour requirements
  • Processes for streamlining stock positions
  • Managing the warehouse function and supervising additional labour when required
  • Keeping WMS updated daily
  • Maintain warehouse tidiness and workplace safety
  • Check orders, materials and shipments.
  • Managing and carrying out pick and pack operations
  • Meeting clients onsite and assisting with their stock requirements onsite
  • Completing site inductions for visiting / new persons
  • Adhering and ensuring company QSHE standards are implement and reviewed
  • Overseeing stock deliveries and ensuring all items are stored away correctly
About You

  • A proven track record in a warehouse role
  • Possess a Forklift and Reach Licence
  • Ability to prioritise and problem-solve in time sensitive situations
  • Comfortable working under pressure
  • Focused on attention to detail
