We are seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing floor care equipment, checking supply orders that are delivered to the warehouse, and delivering supplies to accounts when needed. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or similar environment, possess strong mechanical skills, and be able to work independently.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid DL. A background check is required. Hours will primarily be daytime Monday-Friday. Salary is up to 45K depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, accidental, critical illness, 2 weeks paid vacation, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair floor care equipment, including buffers, vacuums, extractors, etc.
• Visit accounts to inspect floor care equipment that is kept on site.
• Check supply orders that are delivered to the warehouse for accuracy and completeness.
• Load and deliver supplies to accounts when needed.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly stored and accounted for
• Communicate with account managers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform laundry duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
