Position Summary: ServiceNet, an innovative and progressive human services agency in Western Massachusetts, is looking for a full-time Clinical Team Leader to join our Mental Health Recovery Services Outreach Teams. This leadership position oversees an outreach team serving the Greenfield / North Quabbin area. Position provides clinical direction, team building, support and guidance to outreach staff in order to facilitate participants’ personal growth and recovery from mental health challenges.

This leadership position oversees an outreach team serving the Greenfield / North Quabbin area. Position provides clinical direction, team building, support and guidance to outreach staff in order to facilitate participants’ personal growth and recovery from mental health challenges.

Position Responsibilities:
- Directs the activities and functioning of the outreach team, including new referrals, assessments, discharges and ongoing clinical work and interventions provided by clinicians, outreach supervisors, team coordinators, outreach counselors and peer staff. Provides oversight of the Housing Coordinator and Team Nurse, in conjunction with the Director of Operations and Clinical Nurse Director.
- Provides guidance and clinical direction to the Residential Supervisor.
- Provides individual supervision to the Team Clinicians and the Outreach Supervisors/Team Coordinators.
- Reviews and approves clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
- Conducts weekly team meetings to review administrative, clinical and team issues and activities. Offers or arranges trainings, skill building and team building activities in team meetings to create learning opportunities for staff.
- Other duties as assigned by the Contract Director or Vice President of Mental Health Recovery Services.

Qualifications:
- Clinical Master’s degree.
- Massachusetts independent clinical license.
- Minimum of 3 years working with the population.
- Minimum of 3 years providing supervision and program management.
- Good organizational, communication, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Positive energy and enthusiasm.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Pay & Benefits:
- $69,000/yr. - salary based upon education and experience.
