• Work closely with our customers to meet current and anticipated requirements to enable the Site to achieve/exceed service expectations.
• Manage warehouse resources in line with operational and budgetary requirements including shift rotation management
• Accountable for delivery of all aspects of the Warehouse operation ensuring the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused service to all customers.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement in all areas
• Compliance in all areas of legislation: Employment, H&S, environmental.

What do we need from you?

• Customer Management at a first-line level
• Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse
• Experience in succession planning & development of key team members
• Previous experience of Process / Continuous Improvement methodologies
