Our highly experienced team builds each façade on our expansive Long Island campus, then delivers it to the building site for installation. By relying on in-house machining and vertical supply-chain integration, we consistently deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.

Island is seeking an experienced Shop Data Entry/ Laborer based out of our Calverton, NY factories. This position reports to the shop Foreman.

Essential Functions

• Scan paperwork (Organize hardcopies)
• Rename scanned paperwork and save in appropriate server location.
• Nova-time (Once acclimated to the shop)
• Order shop supplies
• Create/ print labels for each release
• Enter data into leankit and eventually SAP. Both web based programs, training will be provided.
• Facilitate employee paperwork

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma
• 2+ years of Date entry experience preferred but not required
• Construction/ Manufacturing background is a plus!
• Valid Drivers License required
• Must have the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work on a laptop/ computer for an extended period of time
• Ability to work in an enviroment with a high noise level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
