SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Associate (Crew) is responsible to perform various warehouse duties and order processing activities, including pulling and packaging product, loading and unloading trucks, and operating various equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Process, package and ship orders accurately.

Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.

Examine incoming and outgoing shipments; examine for defects, and damage.

Check, verify and fill customer invoices accurately.

Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations.

Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize; warehousing procedures.

Clean and organize warehouse daily, including inventory and space.

Report any safety concerns to Warehouse Management.

Manage quality sampling program to Shell and Company Standards.

Create a culture of safety via a behavior based safety program whereby employees own their safety.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma.

Proven warehouse experience.

Ability to operate forklift, hand truck and pallet jack.

Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system.

Ability to lift or move heavy products.

Ability to read, write and speak English.
