Warehouse Associate - $500 Sign-On Bonus – Day Shift

Western Paper Distributors is a division of Imperial Dade; the leading distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies and equipment in the U.S. Originally founded in 1976, Western Paper Distributors was purchased by Imperial Dade in 2021 creating more opportunities for our customers and team members through expansion under a national brand.

Pay: Up to $22/hour (Base pay, attendance bonus, and overtime)
Sign-On Bonus: $500 bonus after 90 days of employment
Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Hours: Availability to work 9am - 6pm

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments and unload pallets from incoming trucks
• Verify inventory quantities match the purchase order
• Use equipment to transport and shelve inventory in the warehouse
• Use equipment to pick and palletize customer orders
• Operate our computer system to look up and/or pick customer will call orders

Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• Experience operating cherry picker/order selector forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand on your feet, lift, pull and kneel for up to 12 consecutive hours
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in shipping and/or receiving in a warehouse
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Availability for potential overtime
• Ability to pass a background check
