✅Shifts & Pay:

• 2nd Shift: 5pm-3:30am (Monday-Thursday, some OT is required on Friday & Saturday as needed.)
• Pay starts at $15/hour!
• Opportunities for wage increases up to $17.45/hour based on amount of time with the company.

✅Work Environment & Demands:

You will be responsible for the assembly of automotive seating units.

• Develop proficiency in all production job functions and rotate in job cell into various work stations.
• Control processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
• Maintain good housekeeping, safety, meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Restock work areas as needed to ensure proper work flow.
• Monitor production material quantities and report shortages.
• Ability to lift and/or carry 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, push, pull to move product through build process.
• Use hand-held pneumatic tools.
• Operation of assembly fixtures.
• Problem solving of work place issues.
• Quality inspections of work in progress.
• Work as part of a team to ensure on-time quality product to our customers
• (internal and external).
• Understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comply with company rules, policies and practices.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or any other member of management.
• Able to work any and all schedules.
• Actively support plant safety efforts.
• Engages in safe practices as well as follow safety rules.
• Must be willing to report unsafe conditions, report unsafe acts, participate in safety/ ergonomic committees when assigned, participating in safety kaizen events when assigned, participate in safety audits when assigned, and participate in safety (peer to peer) observation feedback events.
• Attend required safety training.
• Will follow and promote environmental management system compliance and commitment to resource conservation.
• Review and understand Customer Specific Requirements.

✅Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math functions.
• Ability to understand Operator Description Sheets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Must complete and pass a background check (Violent & sexual felonies, everything else OK) and drug screen (EXCLUDING THC).

✅Experience

• 1-3 years experience in assembly/manufacturing setting preferred.
• Automotive experience preferred.
