As a Warehouse and Inventory Manager you will work within the clinical fulfilment team, providing a best-in-class service by leading a team to deliver.

You will lead a team of warehouse and inventory operative. This opportunity will give you a chance to lead, coach and motivate a team to create a high performing, compliant and efficient operation.

As a Warehouse and Inventory Manager, you will be required to work across the goods in, put away, pick face replenishment, Consignment and same day orders, and returns. You will identify opportunities to drive engagement and continuous improvement to improve efficiency.

This all sounds great - What key skills do I need to apply:

• The use and configuration of D365 Fin Ops for warehouse and inventory management activities (including use of handheld terminals – HHT’s) is essential.
• The use of inventory management systems, processes, and analysis to deliver improvements to results and standards of operation.
• Warehouse and inventory activities in a fast moving and highly regulated environment, preferably pharmaceuticals.
• Leadership of a high performing team, preferably across multiple sites.
