PDQ Staffing is seeking warehouse admin for a leading, global manufacturer and supplier of highly engineered products and customized solutions, dedicated to shaping, growing and bettering the RV, marine, automotive, commercial vehicle and building products industries.Location: Lancaster, TX 75134
Shift:
9:00am -5:30pm + OT
Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.- $20.00/hr. DOE
Paid Weekly Temp-Hire
Responsibilities:
- Performs all computer functions necessary to complete the job.
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department leader.
- Distribute customer orders for picking, packing and shipping to warehouse personnel
- Process all B.O.L
- Manage timely pick-up and delivery of all customer and interplant shipments
- Answering calls and emails from customers
- Updating / creating spreadsheets and various records
- Maintain data integrity, documenting and reporting all service issues as they relate to inventory control
- Must pass 10-panel Drug Test
- Strong customer service skills good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer Skills
- Must pass criminal background check case by case.
- Some familiarity with Microsoft Office/Excel
- Demonstrated ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-workers, vendors and customers
