Waiter / Waitress - Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa (40hrs p/w) - £13 p/h

Although taking orders and serving food is of course an important part of the job, this role entails so much more. You are one of the team who will liaise face to face with our guests, which means you can make one of the biggest impressions and have the opportunity to make someone’s day – every day. Whether it’s suggesting the perfect wine to go with Mr. Samael’s fish dish, or remembering that Ms. Porter recently met her first grandchild, building a rapport is an important part of your role and the successful candidate will enjoy interacting with people and delivering high standards of service.
You will get to work across all food and beverage areas of our Hotel including supporting weddings and events, afternoon teas, room service and of course the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner services. Training will be provided.
This is a full time role and involves working a mixture of shifts including earlies from 6.30am and lates until 11pm (with occasional later finishes for weddings).
