Description

The Volunteer Coordinator serves as the key link between Tidewell Hospice colleagues and volunteers who provide services that enhance the quality of life and the patients and families who benefit. Duties include teaching volunteer orientation, care planning, planning educational opportunities, managing compliance requirements and executing retention activities. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and computer skills to maintain records and multitask.

Applicants must hold an Associate’s Degree. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience with Healthcare based volunteer management preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered as meeting the education/professional requirements.
