  • Estimated annual base pay: $240,467 (minimum) - $300,584 (midpoint)

What you will be doing

  • LEAN coach and mentor to the senior leadership team
  • Mentoring leaders and members at all levels of the organization
  • Leading LEAN culture transformation
  • Implementing and teaching LEAN tools and value stream transformation
  • Ownership and oversight of Woodward Production System


What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years’ experience in a strategic leadership role including executive leader coaching
  • 20+ years’ experience in driving LEAN transformation
  • Extensive experience in quality systems, plant flow and layout improvements, LEAN tools and new product introduction
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with a high degree of product complexity (i.e. low volume, high mix)
  • Bachelor’s degree Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in relevant fields such as Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or Industrial Technology Management required
  • Master’s degree Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) MBA preferred
