We are currently seeking a dedicated Vault Coordinator to join our winning team at our Fresno, CA branch. Reporting to the Vault Manager, the Vault Coordinator will be an essential member of the Vault Department. The Vault Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of loadout through Producers Dairy warehouse management systems, Voxware program.

Responsibilities:

Approaching work with a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset, and engaging in Producers Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities.
Owning and promoting a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior.
Working closely with transportation to coordinate loadout orders into Voxware.
Prioritizing and monitoring load out orders in Voxware according to plan. Setup and maintain Voxware user profiles.
Participating in random audits of loadout orders to ensure accuracy.
Separating and distributing documents for load out teams.
Managing late order process “Specials.”
Researching order fill errors and work with Vault Lead.
Collecting and returning all Order Entry paperwork on a daily basis.
Generating Pick Task summary report to ensure completion of orders.
Communication with Loader to ensure proper loading of trailers.
Maintains good communication with supervisors or leads to ensure proper and timely flow of trailers.
Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this posiiton.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

High School Diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience working in a cold storage environment.
Must be flexible and able to work any shift.
Computer knowledge (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word).
Ability to speak effectively with co-workers and all levels of management.
Demonstrate good judgement, problem solving and decision making skills as well as being organized.
