Job description
We are hiring for a Utility position in a Vessel Shop located in Honeoye falls.
Shift time is 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Starting pay rate is $17/hour
Responsibilities include:
- Operate large and small sandblasting machines
- No trouble working in a confined space (operating large sandblasting machine requires a helmet, protective suit while working inside of a 15’ X 30’ enclosed room.
- Working in Hydro Bay. Utilizing assorted hand tools to assemble and disassemble heavy welded Pressure Vessels
- Use and operation of Job Cranes with capacity up to 1 Ton.
- High level of mechanical ability
- Proficient use of hand tools & pneumatic tools
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and fill out required paperwork accurately
- Interest in learning how to do industrial painting (spray).
- Will do other miscellaneous jobs as directed.
