Fixed term contract for one year | £33,486 to £35,336 per annum (Scale J) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich
This is a key role within the County Council’s Innovation Unit, which will support the design and delivery of people-centred public services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic user researcher who will contribute to the raising profile of evidence-based research. This will be achieved by planning, designing and carrying out inclusive research activities that help the council to gain a deep understanding of the people of Norfolk and how they interact with our services.
You will be an empathetic and inquisitive researcher who will work collaboratively with colleagues, communicating user insights to build understanding, aid decision making and support service design and transformation.
The post will also support the development of the council’s wider approach to co-production and will help to build user research skills, knowledge and capacity across the organisation.
