Express Health UC is a NYC-based rapidly growing company of urgent care centers. The Content Marketing Specialist at Express Health UC is the individual who will play the key role of finding the most engaging, creative, and concise way to communicate our company’s values, vision, and services.


Core Responsibilities


We are looking for a creative Content Marketing Specialist to help create and distribute impactful content across multiple channels and mediums. You must be a team player and will work closely with the marketing team to increase awareness for our company. A strong candidate will have excellent verbal, written, and visual attention to detail.


Here is a snapshot of the day-to-day tasks as the Content Marketing Specialist with Express Health UC:

  • - Works collaboratively with marketing team in developing and implementing an integrated content marketing strategy to include a media plan, creative campaigns and other print and digital marketing initiatives.
  • - Assists with graphic design elements (designing, formatting and updating) associated with the content delivery process of marketing materials.
  • - Create and copy-edit marketing materials to align brand voice and personality with marketing campaigns, creative briefs, emails, and other communications.
  • - Coordinate photoshoots for new content for occasions such as company milestones.
  • - Editing and proofreading a wide range of marketing materials and copy.
  • - Develops specialized project plans and steps to execute marketing strategies including establishing performance metrics, preparing creative briefs, estimating costs, managing time schedules, stakeholder reviews and more.
  • - Monitors web traffic and reports on content measurement using a combination of web analytic tools and metrics.
  • - Stays up to date on the latest trends in healthcare.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or professional experience in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • Prior experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar. (3 years +)
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is required.
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus.
  • Technological savviness is required as multiple programs and websites will be utilized.
