Salary Range: $2900 – 3045 / month

Full-Time Position up to 40hrs/week

Summary of Work


We are seeking an exceptional communicator committed to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. An ideal team member will be able to work well independently in a variety of situations, with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Duties and Tasks

  • Develop and prepare legal documents
  • Verify and deposit monies
  • Prepare and reconcile reports
  • Set up new accounts
  • Research databases
  • Input Data
  • Upload documents to an electronic repository
  • Answer phones and direct customers
  • Manage and update multiple calendars
  • Generate outgoing correspondence and prepare for mailing
  • Scan and assign properties to documents
  • Review and add Power of Attorneys to accounts
  • Send email correspondence
  • Enter wage records
  • Design excel files
  • Coordinate unique projects and special events
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications


Requires an associate degree with major coursework in office support or business or office education and one year of work experience performing a variety of office support, clerical, or secretarial work. Additional work experience performing office support, clerical or secretarial duties may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications


Experience in administrative work and customer service.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in the use of analytical tools and data analysis methods.
Ability to work effectively within a complex work environment to meet strict deadlines.
