Job Description Summary:

This role is responsible for supervision of employees and oversight of production processes within assigned area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Ensure all safety rules are followed and employees follow the safety program
• Manage and supervise a group of 5-10 people in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Accurately fill out production sheets daily
• Perform minor repairs to equipment
• Operate all production equipment in a specific area
• Ensure department is producing quality product consistently
• Maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements/Experience:

• 
  High school graduate or equivalent
• 2+ years forklift operations in a manufacturing setting
• 1+ years working in a supervisory/lead role
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
