RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Work alongside the recruiting support center to enhance the quality of sourcing and fulfillment to meet client expectations
  • Conduct the required number of interviews per week to achieve the candidate placement expectations according to your assigned performance standards
  • Adopt and utilize the companies' phone and text recruiting, and interview scripts to enhance your results through consultative selling techniques
  • Effectively sell talent on opportunities to fill client order requirements timely and accurately
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of talent onboarding, and orientation requirements to meet compliance standards established by the corporate office.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, and in person meetings
  • Diagnose, and provides solutions to client's workforce gaps that are causing challenges in the job fulfillment process
  • Utilize the companies' phone and text recruiting scripts to enhance candidate engagement through consultative selling techniques to progress talent through the initial screening process
  • Work to increase the retention of talent assigned to clients through talent coaching, and engagement
  • Ensure timely updates are made to candidates, and talent profiles inside of the HRIS system
  • Support corporate payroll and billing teams as required to meet payroll and billing standards set by the corporate office.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards goals as it relates to the assigned performance coverage expectation per the companies' standards.
  • Follows all Company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Familiarity with job boards, applicant tracking systems, calendars, and Microsoft office products required
  • High school diploma: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong writing, and English-speaking skills to effectively communicate and manage difficult client and temporary associate situations; Responds promptly to temporary associate, applicant, divisional staff, and client needs.
  • Bilingual candidate preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of recruiting or sales experience inside of the staffing industry
  • Prior experience working in an environment that had weekly sales goals or metrics that needed to be achieved
Compensation Range Annually): $[50,000]-$80,000]
