Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare Corporation is now hiring for a new Training and Engagement Manager position.

This is a key position which will support Liberty Healthcare Corporation’s partnership with the State of Nebraska’s Department of Health and Human Services Division of Developmental Disabilities.

The downstream impact of this role will help improve the quality of services and supports provided to people who have developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and Nebraska’s aging population.

The responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Providing technical assistance to health and human services providers and their staff
  • Helping providers to improve policies around person-centered practices
  • Staying informed of best practices in the aging and disability service field
  • Educating providers on continuous quality improvement techniques
  • Collaborating with stakeholders at the State of Nebraska’s Division of Developmental Disabilities
  • Developing strategies and methods for improving the efficiency and efficacy of services and supports
  • Creating change management plans
  • Actively participating in various quality improvement initiatives
  • Analyzing data sets and executing trend analysis to make recommendations for systems improvements
  • Writing comprehensive reports

  • Starting salary at $60,000

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

  • Significant experience with continuous quality improvement initiatives, change management, and performance / process improvement
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets and writing management reports
  • Experience providing consultation services
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport with people of all backgrounds
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft software
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout Nebraska up to 50%

Lean Six Sigma certification and healthcare / human services experience is preferred.
