Position summary:
This position reports directly to Trade Marketing Manager. Primary responsibilities include the execution of specific trade marketing programs with the objective of building the brands and driving sales. Collaborate coordinating with Sales and Marketing departments to ensure effective management and growth of tradeshow, event initiatives and new projects which further supports and elevates our brand in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sampling, distribution and coordination of experiential events nationwide.
- Coordinate and track the shipping of samples and some displays that will be distributed within the US.
- Works with various departments in our organization to ensure materials and resources arrive in a timely manner.
- Manage seasonal projects working in collaboration with the In-House Graphic Designer.
- Keep track of the budget allocated for displays and sampling events allocated.
- Prepare and follow up weekly reports reviewing with the plants in Mexico and logistics team providing weekly updates of the allocated samples forecast.
- Provide administrative support in processing, coding, and entering department’s invoices.
- Ensure FedEx / UPS shipments are processed using the online system.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.

- Samples produced v/s samples requested by sales and nationwide events v/s samples distributed.

- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent is preferred
Work experience required:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a trade & field marketing or retail environment.
- Background in Sales is highly recommended.

- Bilingual (Spanish)
