Are you a claims professional or attorney with experience in commercial trucking insurance or contract review/interpretation?

We are hiring a Towing Contract Specialist to work in a hybrid capacity in one of our 5 office locations. Candidates with significant years of experience in reviewing and negotiating heavy equipment tow bills and/or insurance contracts are encouraged to apply.

Summary:

This position will effectively negotiate tow bills to resolution. Responsibilities include auditing recovery invoices, resolving towing disputes, and understanding of state-specific legal options. This position will proactively partner with in-house claims adjusters on towing program best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience. Juris Doctorate preferred but not required.
• Experience with commercial or heavy equipment towing practices and/or negotiations.
• Thorough technical knowledge of multiple state towing practices.
• Understanding of legal aspects regarding towing laws and regulations.
• Possess high ethics, high passion, and high motivation.
• Ability to confront and resolve conflicts with a sense of confidence; ability to own decisions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
