• Market and promote JAG events to teams from around the Midwest across several mediums.
• Primarily responsible to ensure all JAG events are assigned with the highest caliber officials possible.
• Recruit, train, and mentor developing officials.
• Run at least two basketball and one volleyball officials clinics and camps every year.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with official associations and sports governing bodies.
• Routinely serves as Tournament Director for events. Largely on weekends.
• Communicate with tournament teams via phone and email.
• Assist in creating the game schedules for all tournaments.
• Oversee, manage, and communicate daily schedules in the facility.
• Coach and assist custodial staff to ensure building cleanliness and gym setup.
• Forecast tournament entries and reserve auxiliary gym locations as needed.
• Work with JAG Select Basketball and JAG Volleyball Club directors.
• Maintain relationships with all levels of basketball and volleyball programs in the state.
• Manage part-time employees and assist in scheduling on rare occasions.
• Edit our website to keep the schedule accurate and up to date.
• Light bookkeeping work and cash management.
• Maintain knowledge of the building and all JustAgame Fieldhouse business operations.
• Assist in other departments as needed.

• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• Comfortable picking up the phone
• History of officiating. Ideally an active WIAA and/or college-level official.
• Passion for officiating.
• Excellent communication and people skills including conflict resolution.
• Enjoys customer service.
• Positive energy and upbeat.
• Extremely organized and neat.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated
• Physically capable of working on your feet for hours at a time and with moderate lifting.
• Comfortable with non-standard hours and working weekends.

Justagame Tickets is a digital ticketing platform largely for high school sporting events. Justagame Live helps its clients monetize live streaming for events of all kinds.
