Total Rewards Specialist
Talento has partnered with a leading Digital Marketing & Advertising company to assist with their search for a Total Rewards Specialist for their growing offices in Coconut Creek, FL. The Total Rewards Specialist will administer the employee benefits program, ensuring that employees are able to enroll in 401k and health insurance options. Additionally, a successful candidate will be able to educate and create wellness initiatives, helping employees take full advantage of the company sponsored benefits. Moreover, the Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for collecting and reviewing employee information and working hours, calculating wages, preparing and processing employee payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Responsibilities:
  • Employee benefits management & education
  • Assist employees with enrollment i.e., open enrollment, onboarding
  • Work with Benefit brokers to answer employee questions
  • Conducting benefit reconciliation & audits
  • Ensuring the company's benefits and leave-of-absence policies comply with the law
  • Keeping up-to-date records of each employee's benefits profile
  • Collecting timesheet data and payroll information
  • Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
  • Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations
Requirements:
  • AA or BA preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience with multi-state payroll tax and benefits compliance
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices
  • Experience working with Paycom preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate, build and maintain strong, trusted relationships
  • Ability to work in office is required for this role, hybrid option upon completion of introductory period
