AT FTG of Greater Ohio our mission is to provide exceptional service each and every client interaction. As an onsite Toner Technician you are responsible for delivering exceptional client experience through toner and consumable management in printers, as well as maintaining and reporting inventory on a weekly basis.

What you will be doing:

• Install toner cartridges in printers
• Quickly respond to, and complete, incoming toner calls and escalations
• Monitor the ticketing system for incoming tickets
• Managing FM Audit. What the heck is FM Audit, good question:

"FMAudit Onsite is a software solution that automatically performs print assessments, monitors consumable levels and printer status"

• Manage consumable parts such as toner collection units and rollers
• Package used cartridges and send in for recycling
• Manage and report inventory count on a weekly basis
• Maintain clean and organized working environment

What you will bring to the role:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Good communication skills
• Reliable Transportation
• Basic computer skills
• Highly motivated
