Job description

Wanted: Experienced title clerk to process deals for new and used vehicles for registration. Applicant must be highly motivated, able to communicate well, organized, and have an attention for detail.

Duties include:

* Preparing the necessary forms to transfer ownership of the vehicle from the dealership to the customer.

* Effectively managing the workload so that deals are processed in a timely, efficient manner.

* Keeping track of any deal that is missing necessary paperwork needed in order to complete them and following up on them on a regular basis.

* Take calls from customers as needed in regards to the status of their title work.

Required:

* High school graduate or GED equivalent or above.

* Notary preferred.

* Ability to work in a communal environment.

* Ability to read and write short correspondence and effectively present information to customers or other employees.

* Ability to speak effectively to customers or other employees.

* Ability to manage and maintain workload so that weekly goals are met.

Hours:

* Some flexibility is available, but the schedule is Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 to 5:00.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
