Recent and extensive Banking domain experience is required
Job Responsibilities:
- Exp. in testing for Operations, back office initiatives covering Payments, reconciliations, wires, ACH, decedent, bankruptcy, taxes etc (one or more areas)
- 5+ years of experience in leading test teams in Agile & Waterfall projects
- 10+ years of hands-on Quality Assurance/Testing experience
- Responsible to manage day to day activities for MVP, MMP and Operational Readiness
- Banking Domain knowledge and experience retail and deposits area
- Develop workstream plans, managing resources, milestones, change management, execution progress, defect management
- Readiness lead responsible to develop the pre and post go live plans along with Hypercare
- Partner with BAT Product owners and SIT leads
