Using the latest tools and techniques you’ll be planning and executing comprehensive testing on our suite of innovative products and services for a portfolio of high profile national and international clients.

Your previous experience as a test analyst will be respected: alongside working directly with our clients you’ll be an important point of contact between developers, business analysts and project managers.

Where you fit in

• Develop and execute functional and non-functional testing for a wide range of projects including software and websites using manual and automated techniques
• Collaborate with teams across PDMS including Development, Project Management and Analysis utilising your skills and knowledge of the software development lifecycle to help deliver quality technology solutions for our customers.
• Research and understand system requirements, document test scenarios and procedures to make sure requirements are met
• Support clients for example during user acceptance testing and conduct demonstrations, training, and handover workshops
• Investigate and manage faults, bugs, and improvements
• Estimate time required to test functions and entire solutions
• Contribute to project documentation including manuals, wikis, diagrams, specifications and requirements and sales proposals

What we’d like you to bring

• At least 3 years’ experience as a test analyst in an IT environment
• Experience working with software development lifecycles e.g., agile and waterfall
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with a logical approach and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
• Experience conducting meetings and workshops remotely.
• ISTQB/BCS Foundation Certificate or equivalent in testing preferred but not essential.
• Motivated self-starter and focused on providing first-class service to customers and colleagues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £36,000.00 per year
