We are a private, multi-generational real estate developer, owner, and manager specializing in multifamily apartment rentals in New York City. Applicants must have flexible availability to work all shifts: Mornings, Evenings, Overnight, and Weekends shifts are required.

Porter duties include, but are not limited to:

• General cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming the floors and staircases; * Glass cleaning; * Pulling Garbage; Cleaning the Compactor; Clearing snow and ice from sidewalk and driveway (During winter months); Detail cleaning in vacant apartments
• Complete work orders as needed

• Miscellaneous assignments/projects assigned by Building Management or Superintendent

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have good communication skills
• Positive and attentive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Applicants must be punctual, reliable and consistent team player
• Prior experience working within luxury residential buildings preferred
