We are looking for an Entry Level Recruiter/Staffing Assistant to join one of fastest growing pool management companies on Long Island. If you're looking to get your career started in Human Resources than this is the position for you! If you don't like making friends, helping others, or going the extra mile this won't be the right job for you. Responsibilities Recruit for open positions & manage the entire recruiting process (we'll train you on the specifics) Post job openings on various job boards, social media, etc Attend Job Fairs Successfully network and recruit Conduct interviews Guide candidates through the interviewing and hiring process Provide clerical and administrative support Be confident and comfortable contacting candidates on a regular basis Other administrative Recruiting & HR tasks as assigned. Skills High School Diploma or equivalent Successful technical/computer experience Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills Willingness to step outside of your comfort zone Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Assertive and Confident voice is key! Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment, remain positive and collaborate with other team members Dedication and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks; Strong multi-tasking skills. Job Type: March through September

Pay: $17-19/hour on the books

Schedule: 30-40 hours available. A weekend shift is required as well as Holidays May-Sept.
