We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our Anderson-Negele team in our Fultonville, NY location! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supplying proper application, pricing, and delivery/expediting, ordering and technical information to our customers. The representative will be the liaison between our external customers and Anderson-Negele Marketing, Sales and Operations.

In this role you will:

• Provide pricing and delivery quotations and specifications of products via phone, e-mail and web inquiries.
• Finalize and enter customer orders
• Act as a liaison and support between customers and the Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing departments
• Promote company growth by providing world class service to customers handling all inquiries received

On your first day, we’ll expect that you’ll have:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in a technical or business related field preferred.
• 0 – 3 years of customer service experience, in a technical and/or manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience working in complex database and with sales and service is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a team environment, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
• Microsoft Office proficiency
