Job description
Nurses will be expected to answer phone calls routed through the internal call center for general surgery including bariatric surgery patients. The primary role will be to triage patients that are calling with symptoms and escalate as appropriate based on provider preferences. Calls may also involve follow-up from referring physicians/facilities, pharmacies, etc.
