Job description
- Works to develop and design public communications and informational materials relating to the E-SPLOST program
- Works with E-SPLOST program managers, project managers, business manager, and /or any other staff relevant to the E-SPLOST program to develop responses to community and media inquires about E-SPLOST projects and the E-SPLOST program
- Works with IT as needed to update the E-SPLOST website including general design of webpages, uploading of relevant documents and reports, linking documents to relevant projects via a webmap, and other website updates and edits as needed
- Works with various departments in Operations and Finance to design and publish reports relating to the E-SPLOST program and progress of E-SPLOST projects
- Responds to community and media inquires about E-SPLOST projects as needed
- Maintains records of all E-SPLOST communications and reports
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associates degree preferred. High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of three years' experience relevant to communications, or related field is required.

Under general supervision, performs communication functions of the E-SPLOST program under the Operations Division within the DeKalb County School District (DCSD). This position will be responsible for reviewing, publishing, and maintaining records of all public E-SPLOST communications and reports.
