Job Summary:

The Technician Apprentice will join our disassembly team to gain hands-on experience in disassembling, reassembling, and repairing vehicles. This is a full-time position with an opportunity to learn and develop skills through our apprenticeship program with no experience needed. The apprentice will report to the shop production manager and work collaboratively with the disassembly team. The successful candidate will utilize skills learned through the apprenticeship program to perform metal, frame, and mechanical repairs on vehicles involved in accidents and return those vehicles back to OEM specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Removing and analyzing damaged parts from wrecked vehicles and learning the different assembly processes of all types of vehicles.
• Reassemble vehicles as needed and perform small repairs.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced technicians.
• No prior experience is needed.

Schedule:

• This is a full-time position worked Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with an hour lunch. Hours may vary based on workload.
