The councils customer contact centre is looking to recruit a team manager to lead and manage a team of customer service advisors.

The team have recently been through some big changes with the implementation of a new telephony and customer relation management system and we are looking for someone to continue to embed these systems and improve residents journeys. As a team manager you will be responsible for supporting and managing staff, improving the residents experience, looking for service improvement suggestions and working with the core council services to provide the first point of contact for our residents.

You will need to have good leadership and communication skills, experience managing a team and working in a customer services environment and a passion for making things better
