Position Information:
The Team Leader assists the Department Manager and Supervisor in the coordination, education and daily operations of the monitoring stations and support staff to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the performance of monitoring patient's rhythms. The Team Leader understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of WakeMed Health & Hospitals, including the HVS Division.
Experience Requirements:
3 Years Direct Position Experience And 1 Year Leadership Required
Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Or Equivalent Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Basic Life Support Required
