Turning Point Community Programs is seeking a Team Lead for our Kaiser TBS- Managed Care (TBS-Sac) program in Elk Grove, CA. GENERAL PURPOSE

Under the administrative supervision of the Program Director, this position is responsible for the supervision of Therapeutic Behavioral Specialists and assisting the Program Director in the functioning of the program. Will carry a caseload of up to 3 clients. Responsible for effectively coordinating and collaborating with funders and community partners. Supports team in meeting program goals.

DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS

This is an at-will leadership position within a program. Additionally, this position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of assigned staff who perform the established duties of the program. This is a management position responsible for all phases of the management process within the assigned program.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides administrative supervision to staff and helps facilitate morning update meetings.
  • Responsible for review and approval of all time and overtime worked in a timely manner daily and at the end of the pay period.
  • Insures that all staff timesheets and mileage sheets are carefully scrutinized and confirmed before signing and submitting.
  • Insures that all staff abides by meal period and rest period rules.
  • Responsible for staff performance management; coordinates member services within team.
  • Provide training for new hires and ongoing quality assurance oversight.
  • Oversee training on behavioral intervention strategies based on the teaching from the Institute of Applied Behavior Analysis (IABA).
  • Ensure accurate implementation of Kaiser Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (EDIOP) Family Based Treatment (FBT) model or another model as identified.
  • Complete all assigned trainings identified to support growth and efficacy of program.
  • Provides prompt intervention in the event of a crisis both to stop the crisis and to notify, when indicated, persons and agencies necessary for the resolution of the crisis situation.
  • Provides after hours, “on-call” coverage to program clients which may include in-person response/assistance/intervention.
  • Create a schedule which is flexible allowing for adjusting time to meet the needs of clients, families and colleagues; is available to work evenings and weekends based upon client and program needs.
  • Insures the safety, health, and wellbeing of members.
  • Provides appropriate supervision of subordinate staff to facilitate timely and appropriate service provision and completion of tasks.
  • Is personally responsible and held accountable for work hours and time management as coordinated with the Program Director.
  • Monitors staff productivity, ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and all agency/program productivity and caseload size standards are met.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm + On-call responsibilities

Compensation: $ 28.00 - 29.71 per hour
