Victory Garden Kids is seeking a joyful and innovative qualified educator with the belief that every child is a powerful and academically capable learner to join our team. This is an in-person teaching role in Sausalito, CA.

Role Includes:

• Tutoring students in individualized need-based content that meets grade-level standards and/or targeted learning goals
• Contributing to metacognitive growth and application of academic strategies
• Creating individualized lesson plans based on student, grade level, and state standards
• Maintaining student files to monitor and track performance
• Mentorship of students to feel powerful as learners

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Work Location: One learning cottage location in Sausalito, CA 95965
• This is primarily an office-based position 2-3 days per week
• Flexibility to create your schedule
