• Organize, prepare and review Individual, Business, Non-Profit, and Trust tax returns and file all federal, state, and local income tax documents.
• Respond to tax and accounting-related issues.
• Assess all business transactions and prepare accurate reports on your findings.
• Ensure you remain up to date on industry changes and changes in regulations.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
• Coordinate with employees on income tax research and planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a public accountant.
• CPA not required but appreciated.
• Outstanding tax knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting software and MS Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as
  necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization,
  both internally and externally.
• Experience with Lacerte tax program, paperless office, and QuickBooks Online & Desktop.
