Coordinate recruiting efforts for Zynex corporate and sales. Provide high level of support with little supervision while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

In addition to patients, your customers may be coworkers, clinics, the Zynex sales team, etc.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Attend all scheduled interviews either in person or over Zoom.

· Review application, CAP questions and pre-interview score to ensure the proper department placement of applicants.

· Work with Supervisors/Managers to identify previous jobs, characteristics and qualities that work best in their department.

· Review data obtained from hired candidates to ensure ideal qualities are being identified during the interview needed for specific departments.

· Understand each department and their function within Zynex.

· Send recorded interviews to appropriate parties.

· Ensure the Application process is efficient, positive, and smooth for all prospective new hires.

· Be present/visible in the home office 5 days/week (M-F), 8 hours/day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager/Supervisor.

· Other Duties as assigned by Management.

Education Requirements:

· Minimum of an Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

· Fast-paced, high-volume professional environment with frequent interruptions.

· Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and multi-line telephones.

· Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.

· Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
